Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of client engagements including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, Display & Retargeting campaigns.

Note: this position will start contract, with the goal of vetting/training and eventually hiring the right candidate.


You are systematic and have excellent time management skills. You use communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, both internal and external. While you are organized and live by a plan, you also recognize circumstances occur without warning, and can adapt quickly to form a new path forward. You aren't afraid of change.

(Also, we have a slight preference for EST work hours.)


In this role, you will be heavily involved with onboarding new clients, executing ongoing client reporting, and acting as a liaison with clients. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our team delivers projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

  • Scope project requirements and timelines
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including walkthroughs and video guides for clients
  • Create and deliver campaign reporting that meets client needs
  • Communicate with the internal team, ensuring all members understand and execute on delegated tasks
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and act to resolve issues


  • Experience in a project management or coordinator role
  • Experience with organization software like Asana and Trello
  • Understanding of paid acquisition, such as Google & Facebook Ads
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
