Our client is an industry-leading manufacturer of high-quality bumpers, audio roofs, roll cages, suspension, lift kits, and accessories for ATVs and UTVs.
They are an American company that has been around since 2019 innovating in their industry with their team of engineers to give people what they want: high-quality, durable products for their outdoor adventures.
They needed to add more channels to generate revenue and reach users across platforms like TikTok and GroundTruth Ads while maintaining a healthy MER.
We needed to integrate more engagement with email/SMS campaign for their warmer audience to keep them in their funnel and increase conversion rates.
After seeing consistent growth YoY under EmberTribe's management, we needed to add new angles and tactics to keep scaling conversions and stay up to date on the industry.
We focused on diversifying through various channels such as Facebook, Google, Bing, TikTok, and others. In addition, we implemented SEO tactics to increase organic traffic, employed Conversion Rate Optimization strategies to enhance CVRs, managed email and SMS campaigns, and performed video editing to create assets.
We introduced new channels and paused underperforming campaigns. We focused primarily on TOFU channels to contribute to the overall funnel performance and new user acquisition efforts. This strategy helped us scale towards reaching the main goal sustainably.
Our team of growth experts discovered the opportunity for a Canadian expansion. It was assisted with the backend development team to include a good UX in the customer checkout and increase the overall brand's performance and acquisition of new users.
Maintained a 10.97x MER during the year and saw a +$142,327.82 increase per month in Net Revenue in that year when compared to the previous one.
During Q2, we launched Bing (Microsoft Ads) that resulted in a 14.74 ROAS but the channel wasn’t performing consistently. This channel was paused and then relaunched with a set of changes to seek consistency in results.
We set up TikTok ads as a TOFU platform during Q3. The following quarter, we shifted the focus of our campaigns to engagement and ran more spark ads to boost their organic presence on the platform. This channel drove a strong amount of site traffic WoW and boost our brand awareness.
We began marketing Affirm install payment messaging across FB and IG ads which resulted in 31 purchases in that year and a ROAS of 6.79. This year it has started off with 10 purchases from these ads with a strong ROAS of 9.32.
Our secret was to do consistent and strategic testing in creatives, audiences, and angles. We kept track of every single experiment in our Experiment Tracker and gave the client full visibility of the importance and impact of each test. The insights generated helped us optimize the strategy along the way and ensure we would hit the brand's revenue and MER goals.
