Project Manager - Internal Marketing

Note: this position will start contract, with the goal of vetting/training and eventually hiring the right candidate.

About the Opportunity

EmberTribe is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our fully-remote team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our internal marketing team including but not limited to project management, contractor management, and partnership management.

About the Role

As the internal marketing’s Project Manager, you will:

• Build out our systems and processes
• Manage project and tasks and ensuring assigning tasks/meeting deadlines
• Manage contractors, their output and QA their work
• Facilitate access to assets and information needed and technical support
• Generate and maintain reports
• Provide a high level of relationship management and follow through

Requirements

• Experience in a project management, administration or logistics role.
• Process-oriented thinking and excellent time management skills.
• Effective collaboration skills, deployed cross-functionally both internally and externally.
• Calm under pressure, able to adapt plans to new circumstances with little warning. Unafraid of change.
• Ability to source, compile and strategically share thoughtful and timely content to our audience through the website, blog and social media channels.

• Project management: ClickUp, Airtable, Asana
• CMS platforms: Hubspot.
• Analytics: Segmetrics, Google Analytics.
• Reporting platforms: Data Studio, AgencyAnalytics 
• Contractor platforms: Upwork, Writer's Access, Fiverr
